Requirements
This candidate will be responsible for providing functional parameters for technical direction in the development and support of complex business systems applications, specifications and procedures.
Essential Functions
1. Documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters. 2. Assists in formulating and defining small project/system scope and objectives and developing detailed systems specifications from which programs will be written and that fit with the Bank's system architecture standards. 3. Participates in evaluating existing systems and procedures to identify deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage. Assists with analyzing, developing and revising existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. 4. Works with business partners through coding and implementation to ensure product matches envisioned result. 5. Provides basic coordination and analytical assistance which may include interpretation of requirements. Provides coordination and assistance in developing detailed requirements with business partners and system definition.
Education
Required Education or Equivalent Experience . Bachelor's Degree required
Experience . 3+ years information technology and financial institutions . Knowledge of LaserPro software a plus . Familiarity with Truth and Lending Regulations . Familiarity with DOT regulations e.g. HUD and GFE . Understanding of compliance related documents - State specific filing requirements . Familiarity with Direct Lending and/or mortgage products and processes . Ability to manage product monthly & quarterly release cycles for multiple products Administrative/Technical Skills/ Other Information . Good knowledge of business systems architecture . Good knowledge of programming, documentation and interface requirements . Good knowledge of systems hardware, software, and system administration . Good knowledge of financial Banking systems . Good knowledge of applications development methodologies
