Corporate Tax Manger - San Francisco
My client, a top tier CPA firm based in San Francisco, CA is currently seeking to bring on board a Senior Tax Manager with 5-7 years experience to join their team.
The job responsibilities will include the following:
Extensive experience in tax research & compliance, ASC 740-10 (FAS 109 and FIN 48) Tax Accruals & Tax Consulting at a higher level.
Experience in analysing complex tax issues, eg, transfer pricing, R&D tax benefits and accounting methods.
Capability to lead and develop their team.
Requirements
To qualify, you must possess:
5 + years of experience in a CPA firm.
Bachelor's degree required/CPA
Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines.
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (MS Office 2010 preferred).
