Director, Global Advertising
The Director of Global Advertising works with our global agency partners and internal stakeholders to create and implement advertising that promotes the company’s brand and its products worldwide. The Director will focus on the eight priority markets in which the company’s current campaign is running, and will focus on our primary target audience. The focus is on innovation and noticeably different creative, and this puts a priority on using the latest and most creative communications tools and technology. In this capacity, the Director will work with the Product Messaging team to properly brief the agency partners, collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a crisp and compelling brief, and see the creative work through to completion and implementation. This role will not have direct reports but will have indirect reports across all regions.
Requirements:
At least 8-10 years of either client and/or agency experience working on global technology consumer brands,
Will have developed and implemented global campaigns in a decentralized environment. Knowledge of and experience in developing innovative and cutting edge digital work is required.
Experience working and living in an international market would be ideal.
5 years of Management in a matrix environment would be ideal and experience in working directly with retailers to create marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have worked in Consumer Electronics and Sales environments.
