Executive Assistant
Clear Channel Radio San Francisco has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant to assist the President/Market Manager. Candidate will provide administrative support by conducting preparing various reports, handling informational requests, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and travel and working with the Market Controller. The ideal candidate is positive, proactive and anticipates outcomes. Ideal candidate possess strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills is customer-service orientated and has a strong attention to detail. You are able to exemplify a strong work ethic and exercise good time and project management skills along with the ability to multi-task. You are able to assist other departments as needed. May also train and supervise front desk personnel. Position requires a strong command of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new and existing customized programs for radio are required.
Requirements:
Responsibilities: Support of President/Market Manager with daily functions as outlined below, but are not limited to: ? Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for presentations and internal communication ?Work with multiple departments internally such as business office, sales, traffic department, production, engineering and programming. ? Setup and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel as necessary ? Maintain expense reports, trade reports and job hiring packets ? Prepare annual EEO reports ? Assist with Market Controller with various reports and projects. ? Supervise front desk personnel. Organize breaks and schedule vacation coverage ?Assist with ordering supplies, work with corporate accounts such as phones, office equipment and building supplies
Education Requirements: College degree preferred; experience in executive assistance responsible required.
