Our client is a well-regarded and very large investment firm in the wirehouse industry. They offer every product available in wealth management, and are supported by one of the world's largest banks.

You will become eligible for benefits starting on the first day of your employment. The benefits this company offers are extensive. Details on their Compensation
In order to be qualified for this position, you must meet the following revenue and AUM targets given your LOS in production:
If your LOS is 24 months or less, and you have at least 100K in gross revenue and 10M in AUM, you will receive at least 100K in first year salary with a bonus potential of an additional at least 130K.
If your LOS is 24-36 months, and you have at least 150K in gross revenue and 15M in AUM, you will receive at least 180K in first year salary with a bonus potential of an additional, at least, 195K.
If your LOS is 36-48 months, and you have at least 225K in gross revenue and 22M in AUM, you will receive at least 270K in first year salary with a bonus potential of an additional, at least, 290K.
If your LOS is 48-60 months, and you have at least 275K in gross revenue and 27M in AUM, you will receive at least 320K in first year salary with a bonus potential of an additional, at least, 350K.
** these levels of first year compensation are based on a clean CRD and confidence in your ability to transfer at least 75% of your existing assets within 14 months of date of employment. **
Requirements for this Position:
- Series 7 and Series 66 licensure
- A clean CRD - no complaints
- you must not have been fired from your previous firm for lack of production
- you must be no more than 2 months out of a job
