Job Description
Manager of Business Advisory Services job in California HCX1671BS is open with a global management consulting firm in San Francisco.
The Manager will be responsible for Business Advisory Services, Capital Asset, Facilities, and Operations/Activation Planning for the firms Health Care Group.
The Group specializes in strategic planning for health care systems, and various healthcare practices.
The consultant will work on multi-dimensional projects demanding functional knowledge and strong analytical, creative problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
He/She will be involved in capital project investment for health care systems, and will steer the strategic questions that drive a projects feasibility.
Responsibilities include: working with clients and the firms leaders to articulate strategic issues needing attention;
develop processes and work plans to address issues;
lead project teams through execution of work plans;
collaborate with client and firm staff; coach and mentor client firms consulting staff;

Work Experience:
MHA, MBA, MPH or advanced degree in a related discipline such as architecture or industrial engineering;
5-10 years experience in a healthcare setting or related environment;
experience in finance or strategic management, health care management, facility and operational programming and planning, and IT is particularly valuable;
distinctive academic performance and leadership experience;
keen problem solving skills;
proven process management skills.
About 50% travel required.
Salary:
Salary is range is $130K to $165K plus benefits, sign-on bonus and relocation.
