• Nurse Management jobs, Wound Ostomy Care in California HCX1656BS now open at a 120 bed full service hospital in the northern half of the state.
• The Wound Ostomy Care Manager will design, implement, and manage the hospitals Enterostomal program and Diabetes program.
• Reporting to the CNO, the position will coordinate and assist in the provision of care for patients with wounds, ostomies, and/or diabetic disorders.
• The position will also coordinate and participate in community based health education forums and other activities designed to promote awareness and improved care of patients needing enterostomal and diabetic care.
• Responsibilities will include: operations, quality, resource and fiscal management of programs; will ensure prompt, efficient, and effective patient care and appropriate delegation of related clerical and program support activities.
• Prior experience as a Nurse Manager in Wound Ostomy Care is a plus.
• Prior experience in other Nurse Management jobs or Director of Nursing job is a plus.

• BSN required; Masters preferred
• 3 years experience in similar management role.
• American Diabetes Association Certification or equivalent is highly desired;.
• Completion of an accredited Enterostomal Therapy Training Program highly desired.
• Current certification in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence highly desired.
• Prior experience in Wound Ostomy Nursing.
• Prior experience in a Nurse Manager job, Nursing Jobs and any Nursing Management jobs is a plus.

• Salary range is $110K to $125K depending on qualifications and experience.
