Accolo is on a fast track to overhaul the $90 billion recruiting and hiring industry, and you will play a key role in our daily operations. As our Operations Coordinator you will perform a wide variety of operational tasks, including on-boarding new members into our recruiter network, managing day-to-day relationships with our vendors, managing job postings and more. You will also have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of staffing industry by assisting our team of recruiters with candidate outreach, interview coordination and on-boarding processes. High visibility doesnt even begin to describe your situation - you will not only be part of our 2 person operations team, which reports directly to the CEO, you will work closely with every member of our team. This isnt some stuffy corporate office (we are jeans and dog friendly!) and no two days are the same. As the Operations Coordinator based in our Larkspur headquarters, your primary mission will be to provide operational support to our rapidly growing network of recruiters. Your polished demeanor and proactive approach will allow you to take point on the day to day vendor relations including creating new accounts, tracking contracts, and responding to ?how do I?? requests. As we continue to grow, we will also look to you to make recommendations on ways to streamline these processes. On the recruiting side, you will learn about our industry and Accolos process and methods while supporting our top-notch team of Hiring Consultants and Directors with job posting, candidate research, and interview scheduling. Your desire and ability to be the "Jack/Jill of all trades" will be crucial to your success here. If you can?t function without your PDA and use the internet more than a pen and paper, you will fit right in. Your raw intelligence, horsepower, and ability to juggle a wide range of tasks will make you an invaluable part of Accolos long-term success.
