PT West Coast Visual Coordinator
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
- Assist Visual Manager with all aspects including implementing and communicating visual presentation direction and concepts to retail and wholesale stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Window and Internal Display Installation:
- Install and maintain window displays directed by Head Office ensuring that the highest levels of standards are met.
- Dressing mannequins and making use of creative lighting for window displays.
- Redress window installations on a regular basis and maintain standards with the windows once installed.
- Support prep work and distribution of props for windows installations.
- Document window installations and merchandise moves.
- Changing internal bust every 2 to 3 weeks.
Merchandising:
- Execute in store merchandising
- Make scheduled store visits to ensure all fixtures, till points, feature walls and signage are displayed correctly.
- Ensure all new products are appropriately presented on the floor and seasonal product and markdowns are positioned correctly based on time of year.
Maintenance of VM Standards and Guidelines:
- Assist in VM training and development of store managers.
- Support facilitation of signage and price ticket distribution.
- Support in planning, coordination and implementation of new store set ups.
- Provide VM Manager with correspondence regarding follow - up on window installations and directives.
- Able to adapt guidelines to suit individual stores and implement brand appropriate decisions.
- Provide photos of new installations, sale events, new product launches as well as photos on a regular basis.
- Manage territory regarding opportunities, challenges, and suggestions through regular boutique visits. Communicate information to management in a timely manner.
